1. Privacy at a Glance

General Information

The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified. Detailed information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy set out below this text.

Data Collection on This Website

Who is responsible for the data collection on this website?

Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You will find their contact details in the legal notice of this website.

How do we collect your data?

Some of your data is collected because you provide it to us. This may, for example, be data you enter in a contact form.

Other data is collected automatically, or with your consent, by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of the page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.

What do we use your data for?

Part of the data is collected in order to ensure that the website is provided without errors. Other data may be used to analyse your user behaviour.

What rights do you have regarding your data?

You have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request that this data be corrected or deleted. If you have given your consent to data processing, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right, under certain circumstances, to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

You can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice regarding this and any other questions on the subject of data protection.

2. Hosting and Content Delivery Networks (CDN)

External Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the servers of the host. This may include, in particular, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website.

The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations towards our potential and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of the secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Our host will process your data only to the extent necessary to fulfil its performance obligations and will follow our instructions with regard to this data.

We use the following host:

Plum Druck + Entwurf GmbH
Rudolf-Schulten-Str. 7
D-52428 Juelich, Germany

3. General Information and Mandatory Information

Data Protection

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

When you use this website, various items of personal data are collected. Personal data is data by which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Information on the Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

The controller is the operator of the website, as also named in the legal notice.

The controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data (e.g. names, email addresses or similar).

Storage Period

Unless a more specific storage period is stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for the data processing no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for deletion or withdraw your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted, unless we have other legally permissible grounds for storing your personal data (e.g. retention periods under tax or commercial law); in the latter case, the data will be deleted once those grounds no longer apply.

Note on Data Transfers to the USA and Other Third Countries

Among other things, tools from companies based in the USA or in other third countries that are not secure under data protection law are integrated into our website. When these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to these third countries and processed there.

Where a US company is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the transfer is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023. In all other cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission or on the basis of your consent.

We would like to point out that a level of data protection comparable to that of the European Union cannot be guaranteed in third countries. US companies are obliged to hand over personal data to security authorities without you as a data subject being able to take legal action against this. It can therefore not be ruled out that US authorities (e.g. intelligence services) may process, evaluate and permanently store your data located on US servers for surveillance purposes. We have no influence over these processing activities.

Withdrawal of Your Consent to Data Processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw consent you have already given at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

Right to Object to Data Collection in Special Cases and to Direct Marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)

IF THE DATA PROCESSING IS CARRIED OUT ON THE BASIS OF ART. 6(1)(E) OR (F) GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ON GROUNDS ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THESE PROVISIONS. THE RESPECTIVE LEGAL BASIS ON WHICH PROCESSING IS BASED CAN BE FOUND IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS THE PERSONAL DATA CONCERNED UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXERCISE OR DEFENCE OF LEGAL CLAIMS (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21(1) GDPR).

IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH MARKETING; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING IN SO FAR AS IT IS RELATED TO SUCH DIRECT MARKETING. IF YOU OBJECT, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL SUBSEQUENTLY NO LONGER BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21(2) GDPR).

Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Competent Supervisory Authority

In the event of infringements of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. This right to lodge a complaint is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data which we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done in so far as it is technically feasible.

SSL / TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries which you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the padlock symbol in your browser line.

When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Encrypted Payment Transactions on This Website

If, after concluding a contract subject to a charge, there is an obligation to send us your payment data (e.g. account number for direct debit authorisation), this data is required for payment processing.

Payment transactions using the common means of payment (Visa/MasterCard, direct debit) are carried out exclusively via an encrypted SSL or TLS connection. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the padlock symbol in your browser line.

With encrypted communication, your payment data which you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Information, Deletion and Correction

Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, where applicable, a right to have this data corrected or deleted. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice regarding this and any other questions on the subject of personal data.

Right to Restriction of Processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice for this purpose. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:

  • If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the verification, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • If the processing of your personal data was or is unlawful, you may request the restriction of the data processing instead of deletion.
  • If we no longer need your personal data but you require it for the exercise, defence or establishment of legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of its deletion.
  • If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR, a balance must be struck between your interests and ours. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data may - apart from being stored - only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or of a member state.

Objection to Advertising Emails

We hereby object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the legal notice obligation for sending advertising and information material which has not been expressly requested. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example by means of spam emails.

4. Data Collection on This Website

Cookies

Our web pages use what are known as "cookies". Cookies are small text files and do not cause any damage to your device. They are stored on your device either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies). Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or until they are automatically deleted by your web browser.

In some cases, cookies from third-party companies may also be stored on your device when you enter our site (third-party cookies). These enable us or you to make use of certain services of the third-party company (e.g. cookies for processing payment services).

Cookies have various functions. Numerous cookies are technically necessary, since certain website functions would not work without them (e.g. the shopping cart function or the display of videos). Other cookies serve to evaluate user behaviour or to display advertising.

Cookies which are required to carry out the electronic communication process (necessary cookies) or to provide certain functions requested by you (functional cookies, e.g. for the shopping cart function) or to optimise the website (e.g. cookies for measuring the web audience) are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, unless another legal basis is stated. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services. Where consent to the storage of cookies has been requested, the relevant cookies are stored exclusively on the basis of that consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); consent can be withdrawn at any time.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.

In so far as cookies from third-party companies or for analysis purposes are used, we will inform you separately about this within the scope of this privacy policy and, where applicable, request your consent.

Server Log Files

The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in what are known as server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources.

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of its website - for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.

Contact Form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the details you provide in the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, provided that your enquiry is connected with the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), where this has been requested.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been dealt with). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Enquiries by Email, Telephone or Fax

If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, your enquiry, including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of dealing with your request.

The data you send to us via contact enquiries will remain with us until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been dealt with). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected.

Registration on This Website

You can register on this website in order to use additional functions on the site. We use the data entered for this purpose only for the purpose of using the respective offer or service for which you have registered. The mandatory information requested during registration must be provided in full. Otherwise we will refuse the registration.

For important changes, for example to the scope of the offer or in the case of technically necessary changes, we use the email address provided during registration in order to inform you by this means.

The data entered during registration is processed for the purpose of carrying out the user relationship established by the registration and, where applicable, for initiating further contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The data collected during registration is stored by us for as long as you are registered on this website and is subsequently deleted. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

5. Social Media

Facebook Plugins (Like & Share Button)

Plugins of the social network Facebook are integrated into this website. The provider of this service is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland (hereinafter Meta). According to Meta, however, the data collected is also transferred to the USA and to other third countries.

You can recognise the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the "Like" button on this website. An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When you visit this website, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the plugin. Meta thereby receives the information that you have visited this website with your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like" button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of this website to your Facebook profile. This enables Meta to associate the visit to this website with your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of these pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or of its use by Meta. Further information on this can be found in Meta's privacy policy at: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.

If you do not wish Meta to be able to associate your visit to this website with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.

The Facebook plugins are used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the widest possible visibility on social media. Where corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; consent can be withdrawn at any time.

6. Analysis Tools and Advertising

Matomo

This website uses the open source web analytics service Matomo.

With the help of Matomo, we are able to collect and analyse data about the use of our website by website visitors. This enables us to find out, among other things, when which page views took place and from which region they originate. We also record various log files (e.g. IP address, referrer, browsers and operating systems used) and can measure whether our website visitors carry out certain actions (e.g. clicks, purchases and similar).

This analysis tool is used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both its web offering and its advertising. Where corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG, in so far as the consent covers the storage of cookies or access to information on the user's device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

IP Anonymisation

When analysing with Matomo, we use IP anonymisation. Your IP address is shortened before the analysis so that it can no longer be clearly assigned to you.

Hosting

We host Matomo exclusively on the servers of our host in Germany, so that all analysis data remains there and is not passed on. You will find the contact details of the host above under the heading "External Hosting".

7. Newsletter

Newsletter Data

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an email address from you as well as information which allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No further data is collected, or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

The data entered in the newsletter registration form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw the consent given for the storage of the data, the email address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The lawfulness of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

The data you have provided to us for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us or by the newsletter service provider until you unsubscribe from the newsletter, and will be deleted from the newsletter distribution list after you unsubscribe. Data stored by us for other purposes remains unaffected by this.

After you have been removed from the newsletter distribution list, your email address may be stored by us or by the newsletter service provider on a blacklist in order to prevent future mailings. The data from the blacklist is used only for this purpose and is not merged with other data. This serves both your interest and our interest in complying with the legal requirements when sending newsletters (legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Storage on the blacklist is not limited in time. You may object to the storage if your interests outweigh our legitimate interest.

8. Plugins and Tools

YouTube with Extended Data Protection

This website embeds videos from YouTube. The operator of the pages is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

We use YouTube in extended data protection mode. According to YouTube, this mode means that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to this website before they watch the video. However, the extended data protection mode does not necessarily exclude the transfer of data to YouTube partners. For example, YouTube establishes a connection to the Google DoubleClick network regardless of whether you watch a video.

As soon as you start a YouTube video on this website, a connection to YouTube's servers is established. In doing so, the YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

Furthermore, after starting a video, YouTube may store various cookies on your device or use comparable recognition technologies (e.g. device fingerprinting). In this way, YouTube can obtain information about visitors to this website. This information is used, among other things, to collect video statistics, improve user-friendliness and prevent fraud attempts.

Where applicable, further data processing operations may be triggered after the start of a YouTube video, over which we have no influence.

YouTube is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offerings. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Further information on data protection at YouTube can be found in their privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.

Google Web Fonts

For the uniform display of fonts, this page uses what are known as web fonts, which are provided by Google. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google's servers. This gives Google knowledge that this website has been accessed via your IP address. Google Web Fonts are used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the uniform presentation of the typeface on its website. Where corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; consent can be withdrawn at any time.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.

Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.

Adobe Fonts

This website uses web fonts from Adobe for the uniform display of certain typefaces. The provider is Adobe Systems Incorporated, 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110-2704, USA (Adobe).

When you access this website, your browser loads the required fonts directly from Adobe in order to display them correctly on your device. In doing so, your browser establishes a connection to Adobe's servers in the USA. This gives Adobe knowledge that this website has been accessed via your IP address. According to Adobe, no cookies are stored when the fonts are provided.

The data is stored and analysed on the basis of Art.

More detailed information on Adobe Fonts is available at: https://www.adobe.com/privacy/policies/adobe-fonts.html.

Adobe's privacy policy can be found at: https://www.adobe.com/privacy/policy.html

Font Awesome

This page uses Font Awesome for the uniform display of fonts and symbols. The provider is Fonticons, Inc., 6 Porter Road Apartment 3R, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.

When you call up a page, your browser loads the required fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts, fonts and symbols correctly. For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to the servers of Font Awesome. This gives Font Awesome knowledge that this website has been accessed via your IP address. Font Awesome is used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the uniform presentation of the typeface on our website. Where corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; consent can be withdrawn at any time.

If your browser does not support Font Awesome, a standard font will be used by your computer.

Further information on Font Awesome can be found in the privacy policy of Font Awesome at: https://fontawesome.com/privacy.

Google Maps

This page uses the map service Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

In order to use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this page has no influence over this data transfer.

Google Maps is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offerings and so that the places indicated by us on the website can be easily found. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; consent can be withdrawn at any time.

More information on the handling of user data can be found in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether data entry on this website (e.g. in a contact form) is carried out by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor on the basis of various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various pieces of information (e.g. IP address, time the website visitor spends on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run entirely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place.

The data is stored and analysed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offerings against abusive automated spying and against spam. Where corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Further information on Google reCAPTCHA can be found in the Google privacy policy and the Google terms of use at the following links: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en and https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=en.

Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes.

11. Our Own Services

Handling of Applicant Data

We offer you the opportunity to apply to us (e.g. by email, by post or via an online application form). Below we inform you about the scope, purpose and use of the personal data collected from you in the course of the application process. We assure you that the collection, processing and use of your data takes place in accordance with applicable data protection law and all other statutory provisions, and that your data is treated in strict confidence.

Scope and Purpose of the Data Collection

If you send us an application, we process the associated personal data (e.g. contact and communication data, application documents, notes taken during job interviews, etc.) in so far as this is necessary in order to decide on the establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis for this is Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) (initiation of an employment relationship), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (general contract initiation) and - if you have given your consent - Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Within our company, your personal data is passed on only to persons involved in processing your application.

If the application is successful, the data you submit will be stored in our data processing systems on the basis of Section 26 BDSG and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the purpose of carrying out the employment relationship.

Retention Period of the Data

If we are unable to make you a job offer, if you reject a job offer or if you withdraw your application, we reserve the right to retain the data you have transmitted on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for up to 6 months from the end of the application procedure (rejection or withdrawal of the application). The data is subsequently deleted and the physical application documents are destroyed. Retention serves in particular as evidence in the event of a legal dispute. If it is apparent that the data will be required after the 6-month period has expired (e.g. due to an impending or pending legal dispute), deletion will only take place once the purpose for further retention no longer applies.

Longer retention may also take place if you have given corresponding consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or if statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

Inclusion in the Applicant Pool

If we do not make you a job offer, there may be the possibility of including you in our applicant pool. In the event of inclusion, all documents and details from the application are transferred to the applicant pool in order to contact you in the event of suitable vacancies.

Inclusion in the applicant pool takes place exclusively on the basis of your express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Giving consent is voluntary and bears no relation to the ongoing application procedure. The data subject may withdraw their consent at any time. In this case, the data will be irrevocably deleted from the applicant pool, provided there are no statutory grounds for retention.

The data from the applicant pool will be irrevocably deleted no later than two years after consent has been given.
