„We“ refers below to the operator named in the legal notice of this website.

Liability for content:
The content of this website is compiled with the greatest possible care. We cannot, however, assume any liability for the accuracy, completeness or currency of the content. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with Section 7(1) of the German Digital Services Act (DDG). Under Sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general legislation remain unaffected by this. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the content in question without delay.

Availability of the website:
We endeavour to make the website available with as little interruption as possible. Even with all due care, however, downtime cannot be ruled out. We reserve the right to change or discontinue our offering at any time.

Liability for links:
This website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot assume any liability for this third-party content. Responsibility for the content of linked pages always lies with the respective provider or operator of those pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking; unlawful content was not discernible at that time. Permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages cannot reasonably be expected without specific indications of an infringement. Upon becoming aware of infringements, we will remove such links without delay.

Copyright:
The content published on this website is subject to German copyright and ancillary copyright law. Publication on the World Wide Web or in other internet services does not constitute a declaration of consent to any other use by third parties. Any use not permitted under German copyright law requires our prior written consent or that of the respective rights holder. The unauthorised reproduction or distribution of individual items of content or of complete pages is not permitted and is a punishable offence.
